🌳 The shaded terrace of L’Étape Gourmande is reserved exclusively for restaurant customers.

  • ♿ Accessibility & People with Disabilities

The park is certified “Tourism & Handicap” for two types of disabilities: mental and hearing.
It is accessible with a wheelchair with the help of an accompanying person.

🏞️ The path is made of sand and may include slopes or uneven surfaces — you are in a natural forest environment that we aim to preserve.
We do our best to welcome everyone, but some parts of the trail may require assistance.
If you are in a wheelchair, please make sure to come with someone who can assist you 🤝.

📍 A wheelchair-friendly map is available at the entrance, or can be downloaded here:

    Download accessibility map (PDF)

🚻 Accessible toilets are located near the restaurant terrace.
🅿️ Reserved parking spots are available near the park entrance.

ℹ️ We do not offer wheelchair rentals or loans. Please bring your own equipment if needed.

  • ⏳ Visit Duration

⏱️ Plan to spend around 1.5 to 2 hours walking through the park while enjoying the various animations and activities 🐒.

🍽️ You’re welcome to stay longer if you’d like to peacefully observe the monkeys or relax on the terrace of our restaurant.

  • 🐕 Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are allowed in the park, but are not permitted inside the monkey area where the animals roam freely 🐒.

For safety reasons — for both dogs and monkeys — access is not allowed, even for small dogs in bags, strollers, or carried 👜.

🕘 You can enter and exit the monkey area freely during the day by keeping your ticket.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Visitors are welcome to take turns so that someone can stay with the dog while others visit the monkeys.

You can enjoy the restaurant terrace, gift shop, and outdoor areas with your dog 🐾.
Please never leave your pet unattended in a vehicle 🚗❌.

  • 👶 Can I bring a stroller? Are they available on-site?

Yes, strollers are welcome in the park!

The trail is stroller-accessible, but since you’ll be in a forest environment 🌳, some areas may be sloped or have uneven ground.
We recommend using an all-terrain stroller for more comfort.

ℹ️ We do not rent or provide strollers. Please bring your own.

Our team is happy to suggest the easiest route for families 😊.

  • 🎁 Can I buy a gift voucher?

    Yes! You have several options:

🎟️ You can purchase online tickets to offer as a gift.
These tickets don’t show the price, are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, and can be used any time without reservation.

🛍️ You can also buy gift vouchers at the on-site boutique.
These are valid for 2 years and can be used as payment on-site.

☕ To offer a “Breakfast with the Monkeys”, go to our ticketing website.
You’ll receive a PDF with a code that the recipient can use to book a date online based on availability.
